Project Description

Makes 1 cup
¾ cup grape tomato, diced
¼ cup red onions, diced fine
4 sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 limes, juice only
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1/8 tsp milled pepper

In a small bowl add tomato, red onions and cilantro. Toss lightly, then add oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
