1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
1 tsp Asian style chili sauce
¼ cup fish sauce
1 cup maple syrup

Toast the sesame seeds over med heat until they become fragrant; add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, lightly sauté. Then add the chili sauce, fish sauce, and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes. Cool.
