Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entry & posting
• Interco transactions
• Bank entries and reconciliations, bank deposits
• Credit card reconciliation
• Reconciling, analyzing and maintaining various GL accounts and subledgers
• Assist with month end and year end close procedures
• Providing assistance with inquiries from internal and external customers and vendors
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education in accounting completed or in progress
• 1-3 years’ progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general accounting processes/technical knowledge
• Team-oriented, positive approach
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Superior organization and time management skills
• High attention to detail combined with strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal skills required
