Title: Grader for the Fruit Plant

Status:   Seasonal Full Time

Reports To:  Fruit Plant Production Manager

Review Date:  End of Season

Training and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma is required
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills is required.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team

 Responsibilities

• Must follow all company GMP’s and SOP’s.
• Must be able to grade and sort the fruit.
• Must be able to use hands and arms to remove poor quality product.
• Work in a safe manner using safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all food safety policies

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work in a cool environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work weekends and holidays and be flexible with hours. There is work for approximately a 12-week period.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with the experience, qualifications and education of the candidate.
